Pondo Stage Backdrop - Adhesive Vinyl and PVC Sign

Custom 3-Layer stage backdrop sign.  The customer is providing two sheets of plywood to mount the adhesive back vinyl. Then the PVC letters are attached to the adhesive print.

We recommend that besides the double sided tape on back of top layer, that you put small mounds of 100% silicone.  Better to make a narrow pile that is taller of silicone than to make wide silicone piles.

Silicone does two things: 1. it holds better after 24 hours than the tape, 2. it allows you some wiggle room before you push the face down and contact the doublesided tape to the graphic below.
